Ichi is right, get your @$$ to the hospital quickly! It is likely that yu might have prostate cancer or something else. You better hope it isn’t prostate cancer, considering there is no cure and always shortens the life span.

Prostate cancer isn’t common in men under 50, so I wouldn’t worry about that too much. It could very well be a bladder infection of some sort. I’d suggest going to your doctor (or if you can’t get in soon and the pain is intolerable Urgent cares or Quick cares are good, too). It probably isn’t an emergency room sort of problem.
