  I would say you are a little bit. Figure out a daily exercise routine and STICK TO IT. Eat healthy (5 - 6 SMALL meals a day) make sure you incorporate fruits and veggies. You should see results very quickly. Even after you've lost the weight, you should keep doing all of this. It will just keep you healthy in general.

  Yeah. But, it is kind of hard to eat 5-6 small meals a day when you're still in school. So breakfast, lunch, then after school? then dinner... but thats still 4 meals. Is that enough?

  NONONO. do NOT eat a bigger dinner.your metabolism completely shuts off at night.whoever told you that is caarazyy.ha.if you were to cut down on ANY meal.it would be dinner.

  Yeah, that's enough. Maybe eat a slightly bigger dinner. Then a piece of fruit right before bed so your metabolism keeps working and burning fat throughout the night.

  Yes, I play sports, soccer, some volleyball, but i wasnt on the team this year. I want to be a bit less. lol. That's why I asked.
