I would say you are a little bit. Figure out a daily exercise routine and STICK TO IT. Eat healthy (5 - 6 SMALL meals a day) make sure you incorporate fruits and veggies. You should see results very quickly. Even after you've lost the weight, you should keep doing all of this. It will just keep you healthy in general.
Yeah. But, it is kind of hard to eat 5-6 small meals a day when you're still in school. So breakfast, lunch, then after school? then dinner... but thats still 4 meals. Is that enough?
