What are you trying to do? If you want to be healthy, eating what you’re eating is definately not it. Sooner or later, your body will let you know it’s not healthy and shut down. Then when you do eat, you’ll gain a bit of weight. If you want to be healthy, join a gym and eat fruits and vegies and lean meats, just not a lot of it. Me, I’ve lost over 50 pounds in about 3 or 4 months by eating Breakfast: slim fast optima bar Lunch: Slim fast optima bar Dinner: Lean cuisine or Smart ones frozen dinners Then for “dessert” either a 100 calorie snack pack or ice cream bar Then, about once every 2 weeks, I have a day where I eat what I want, Just not a lot of it. No sodas (but diet ones), no bread, I haven’t had a cheeseburger in ages, and I eat hot sauce with just about everything, It speed up metabolism. Also, I go to the gym everyday, but someweeks I only go 5 days, not much since in doing more than I can handle, right? Good luck to you!!

Sounds like you’ll soon be running out of energy - your body will let you know, just make sure you listen to it…Take care !!

Answer #4

You know it isn’t enough.

Answer #5

What he said. I just wanted to add that I think it’s a very good answer, especially the water. If you can’t have milk, you can get soy milk or something called Lactaid (a small pill that you eat if you’re having a milk product. I don’t eat a lot either and I drink Boost twice a day.

Answer #6

No. You are at least supposed to take in 1,500 - 2,000 calories a day. That is what, maybe 250? That will cause you to get sick. Just eat like you normally do but cut your meals in half.

Answer #7

Sorry but it definetly is not enough, and toast isnt that good for you. for dinner I would try throwing some chicken in with the salad, breakfast or morning I would try some cantaloupe and cottage cheese and different types of melons to mix it up. the lunch is ok. and 8 glasses of water a day, at least some milk in there aswell. And its also healthiest to eat 5-6 meals a day :) small ones but start slow and dont jump into it because its a big routine change all at once.

Answer #8

no no no like I know what iam eating NOW is not enough, but wouldnt what I said first isnt that enough to get you buy a day? sorry if I am wasting you’re time. I was just wondering.

Answer #9

yeah the first day it will tie you over and the second day you will feel like you were almost dieing from starvation and eventually you will be, and not in a few years.

Answer #10

its not anything to laugh about your seriously damadging your health by eating so little you probably know its already not enough good health is one of the most important things you have, take care of it and food is fuel without that fuel your body wont be able to keep up with you youll feel lazy, tired, weak and sick by not eating or not eating much you dont get skinnier, you get weaker

Answer #11

kiss, you have to sit down and take a look at your future. You have to decide what you want to get out of life and set goals to help you get there.

You are anorexic and need help. For whatever reason you may not want to talk with a counselor, but talk with someone. Your values right now are not right and are leading you into an unhealthy lifestyle that is going to permanently harm you or may even kill you.

At least seek out a nutritionist and listen to them.

You may think you’re okay and that you are right. You’re not.

All of the people at home and on this site that are telling you the same thing are doing it because they care about you and really want what’s best for you. Right now YOU don’t really know what is best and you need help to understand.

Best wishes,

Ted

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.
