I read a lady did fasting and lost 10 pounds in 10 days..jut wondering
atletalife is correct. I also want to add that she probably gained triple the weight after fasting.
The only proven, healthy way of losing weight AND maintaining it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle with healthy food and enough exercise.

half of it was probably MUSCLE too.
your body is being deprived of sufficeint calories, so it eats itself.
NO, NO, NO!!! The only way to safely loose weight, is too eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, increase your fiber, and excercise. There is no easy quick way. You put your life and health at risk by doing otherwise.
obviously not and no one can really survive on just water for 10 days, unless they want to die
wrong.
the average healthy human can go 1 month until they die without food. but they need water to last that far.
No..It's not healthy at all in my opinion..
