How do i download music from my computer to friends itouch?

I brought a iPod touch from a friend of a friend and I now need a driver for my pc in order to transfer music from my computer to my iPod. Anyone know how or where I can get a driver for free? I also need help setting up an account for iTunes in order to download apps

I also want to add music I have gathered on my computer not just buy music from iTunes. To do that my computer said I need a driver

First, install itunes…just go to itunes.com & follow the directions, then connect the ipod touch via the cable & you should be able to synch & transfer music, etc.
