I cant stop smoking, what should I do?

Why are people so mean on the internet about peoples problems? if you smoke try chewing a ton of gum everyday and give yourself a reason not to smoke

Firs of all why did you start smoking? Also there has to be a problem or somebody that just inflenced you to smoking. Its a really bad habbit to get out of, you are in high school so im sure you can have some time for yourself and go to a profecianel and get help, from thre you will be given a place to go and get help and also meaby some patches that you put in you so the need of the ciggaret goes away.

However, your habbit does not seem to be that bad because you ony smoke one ciggarate a day and nobody knows, so you could try to chew something, it dosent matter, just something that can be chewed and its sweert or sour, and that may help you stop the thinking of smoking. GOOD LUCK!!:)

first off…u must drop out of school..nobody likes smokers..second off…since your now a smoker you must find smoking friends..since your current friends do not smoke..they will disown you and call you dirty nasty names like cunt licker and hoe..once they find out that you smoke…third off..you must run away…become a call girl…and then you might be able to beat your ONE CIGARETTE A DAY addiction…grow up…if you think this is a serious problem…I hope you never try real drugs or even a lottery ticket..I feel sorry for your future kids…you dirty smoker
