why dont you go run or something and eat healthy and drink a lot of water
you will loose weight. your metabilsm will slow down so when you eat anything after that you will put on twice the amount of weight that you lost.
you will die!or loss of energy but especially no water can kill you!and water has no calories and its healthy and it can make you lose weight if you drink lots of it and if you dont eat your organs will start to shut down!not to b rude but not eating or drinking is idiotic!
youll lose weight duh. if you dont take vitamins or drink lots of water you could get dehydrated and pass out. sooo yeah if youre going to do it do it right kay?

ugh you are kinda dumb not trying to be rude. you have to drink lots of water. you will dehydrate. im not even anorexic and I know that. just dont do it its a dumb decision and im pretty sure someone will find out and think youre crazy.
nothing bad will happen if you drink fluids.. when I got my tongue pierced it swelled up and I couldnt eat for 6 days.. seriously.. I lost eight pounds but your body will be feeding off itself, so once you eat you could gain all the weight back and more… so I dont recommend it!!!

Not eating is called a “fast.” In fact we get the word breakfast as our first meal of the day from breaking the fast you had been on since your last meal the previous day.
4 days isn’t a terribly long time not to eat. If you are in good health you should come through it without any real harm. If you are going to fast you should get a physical to be sure you don’t have any underlying conditions that would make fasting dangerous.
You will drop a few pounds but probably not a noticeable amount of weight.
If you drink a lot of fluids you would be find but once you want to start eating again its hard. I defiently would not recomend it
