I hate these asking this but I really need to know
Yeah. Go for it. You'll be just fine. I go swim training while I'm on my period and I'm still very healthy and alive. :-) If anything, training usually makes me feel a little better. I'm usually really not in the mood to train, especially if I have cramps, but after training I always feel better. And cramps are always gone. And using a tampon might be more comfortable while training. So try this and see how it goes. Happy training!
No, there's nothing that could happen. As long as you have a tampon/pad on, and you maybe have an extra one in your bag for when you go to the bathroom, you'll be fine! :D Exercise actually reduces cramps, so you should even feel better!
God no. trust me youl be fine, u may feel a slight discomfort but other then that its actually good to be active during menstratian.
No unless you have really bad cramps and didn't drink any pills to make the cramps go away. Trust me I know from karate.
excerise and moving around will make you bleed less and it will help not get cramps i read it on my tampon box lol

It perfectly fine, u may be more comfortable playin try usein a tampon
