GET A GRIP -

There I’ve said it. Nothing is bad enough to start cutting yourself. You’re making it worse by thinking you are lost. Set a goal for yourself. Today could be the last day to feel this way but only if you want to. Set a small goal for today and a bigger one for tomorrow. Life can put you down, trust me, I know, but you CAN beat the negative cycle.
