Nope, unfortunately time takes it away and some sunlight. I had it badly as a child. Best thing is to get a little bit of sun (don’t burn, that’ll just cause a range of other skin problems) and to use a good exfoliating cream daily to get your upper arms and possible back better. Also (unfortunately this costs some money) you should get a cream from a dermatologist. They have excellent creams that help treat it these days.
