How to just be SKINNY?

I’ve always been about 10 pounds over weight and I just want to LOSE it to prove to myself that I can but I have no idea where to start! How can I healthily lose it?

Dropping pounds takes effort, determination, and patience.

Effort to walk the walk, instead of just talk the talk. Determination to keep going even when it would be easier not to. Patience with your own body, when it seems like it’s not happening as fast as you might wish.

exercise eat your veggies-lol yuck!!! fruits water if you have a dog, run with your dog, cause running is more challenging against a dog-u know??? DANCE!!!- it’s an awesome way 2 loose weight! dance 2 hip hop, it’s got more rythm 2 it and will want 2 make you dance! :)

exercise for a half an hour 3 times a week and you should stop drinking soda it is VERY bad for your health if you have 1 pop a day for a year. you can gain 14 pounds and most snack food like twinkies and hostess. the cream is sugar air and lard whippped together

try eating healthy foods and drinks like water juice- that isnt all sugar fruits veggies

Drop sodas, drink lots of water, get on a good meal plan, take vitamins, run, and lift light weights.
