Go to Lilycove City. You’ll have to fight some goons there. Afterwards, go up the stairs and use the teleporter at the bottom. Go down the stairs, you’ll have another goon to fight, then you need to go back up stairs. Take the teleporter on the left, then the one on the right. Go around the teleporter in the middle and take the one on the right…your ball should be there.
