How strong are gymnasts?

um pretty freakin strong. (and YES im a level 8 gymnast). beleive me, we have muscles everywhere! arms, legs, stomach, back, and all the places in between (including butt!) AND gymnasts are also VERY mentally strong. unbelivable...
