I think yoou should turn on some music, and get in th mood for that. then lay on you back, totaly bare, and begin. go in a diferent positions, and speed it and slow it. dot do it to much or it will begin to hurt. if you have a shower head that comes off(I like to do this), then take that and put it against yourself and spred your legs. it has an amazing affect. try it, and I promise, you will love it!!
