How does fat burn?

Ok today in science we were talkin about fat. And like what it is. How does it burn. Cause like when people are like “burn that fat!” how does that happen? What foods would burn it? Like lemon. Does that burn fat? How? Many questions for you to answer!

The fat on your body is there for storage so that if for some reason you do not create enough energy with the food you are eating your body can use the fat to keep the body going. This is why in order to lose weight you have to eat right (thus cutting calories going in) and exercise (thus burning more calories). If you want to lose weight you really need to do both.

There is no wonder food that burns fat. The “burning” of fat is just an expression as your body is using it to create energy.

lol. uhm fat is not ‘burned’, it is simply used to provide energy. Just like food. And foods dont ‘burn’ fat.

The human body normally burns a mix of carbohydrate, as glucose for energy and fat as fuel. It really depends on how active you are to burn this carbohydrates. If you are not active then the glucose is stored as GLUCOGEN in the liver and accumulate body fat in your body. iF you exercise you start burning fat . No foods can “burn” fat …

alright well you don’t burn fat by eating anything to burn it. fat is just storage of nutrients so the only way to “burn fat” is by exercising. it takes a longer time that you would think for your body to start burning fat, but you can always tell when you do start to burn fat because you’ll have more energy, it normally happens when you get that “second wind” of energy. thats the only way to “burn” fat, diet pills and stuff like that don’t burn fat at all.
