how do you know if you are working out to often ?

I work out 5 or 6 times a week. I switch back and forth between chest and back.then I do biceps and triceps. I do abs and cardio everyday.

Depends on what you are going for, for example mass or to loose weight. I can tell you not to do abs everyday. Although your abs recover very fast you need to give them a break at least once a day. Also you may want to slow down on the cardio everyday. Go to bodybuilding.com and there is limited less amounts of workout advice.

You’ll know when you work out too much beacuse you work out more than 3 hrs. a day and you get soar but you work out any way… and if you are loseing weight/ gainong mustle at an allarming rate
