How do you get good grades if your stressed to your limit?

see I’m stressed because I have a lot of home work, and then I have to do stuff at my house. and both of them are important so what happens is they cancal them sleves out because I’m to stressed, half the time I can’t get to bed becuase of it.

Your lack of sleep is adding to your stress which makes it hard to sleep. A very well known but nasty self feeding cycle. The other responder is right about setting priorities but you need to make yourself sleep at night in order for the rest of it to work out in the first place. Top priority is to set yourself a bedtime and stick to it, If you can not shut your mind down enough to go to sleep you will need an over the counter sleep aid for short period of time until your body adjusts to the rest time schedule. There are natural OTC meds which are very effective if you dont want to use drugs. There are also other things you can do to help fall to sleep besides medicine, but that varies from person to person, so if you dont know what works for you, consider posting a question in here asking what other people do to help them fall asleep. For me personally, a cup of warm cocoa will do it every time, others swear by warm milk but I dont like that. You may be the type person who is easily distracted or you just may have to much to do in your schedule. There are a lot of possibilities, but getting enough rest must be top priority in order to get things to a managable level. Your school councelor is a good person to talk with about these types of problems. Rest comes first followed by time management and prioritization of activities. Good Luck!

maybe you should try what I do when I get home if it is alote of chores I try to do most of them and try to finish all my homework trough the night and try to survive school well that my answer (^_^)

Do the things you want to do without doing your best bring you no where. =]

you want to know , what you need to do , and it is going to work 100 % ?

go to your school , concler , tell him / her that your stressed out , and thats your ticket .

Do your work at home and what not , but Make sure to tell the Professional , I dont mean to make people sound crazy and stuff , but weather we like it or not , teachers and conections help out .

you have to prioritize I have volleyball 20 hours a week, piano every week, and modeling classes, meetings, and shows, and im taking ap classes its really hard and I stress way to much. no one can do it all you have to find out what is the most important for you
