im about 2 have a court hearing and this kid is accussing me of pucnhing him in da face when really it wasnt me at all it was one of my friends what should I do in diz situation and how can I beat diz case?
I hate to say it but sometimes ratting someone out is the best idea. just think about it, if you state your case and play out the scenario exactly how it went down than the kid will probably realize it wasn't you and your free to go, and don't feel like an asshole because your ratting on your friend because if he really was any kind of real friend he wouldn't be letting this kid accuse you, he would have taken responsibility for his actions and told the po-po it was him that hit the kid. just say what really happened! are there any reliable witnesses because thats a really food thing to have?
