I go hunting sometimes and was wondering if people freak out when you hear about stuff like that.
To shed a stereotype, the South isn't what it used to be. It's become more vibrant, multicultural and urban along with most of the rest of the USA.
I don't mind hunters who are hunting for the meat. I do mind hunters that are in it for just the trophy or the 'kill'.
I used to hunt when I was younger. I find it much more palatable to simply 'hunt' in the grocery store now.
hunting animals has been around since cave men juring jurassic or summet...
we still do it 2day... some countries anyway :P
it doesnt bother me and because it doesnt bother me doesnt mean I've no soul and dont care for animals...
just means I've got better things to worry about
I always find topics like this bring out the worst in people :)
I have noticed since I've lived in this small town in OK that there are a lot of families that depend on hunting for their meat. They actually freeze it in between seasons. It is much cheaper to go out and sit in a stand for a couple days and kill a deer than to try and find a job in this bad economy.
I've heard a lot about hunting but hunting animals isn't my thing at all.
It would depend on what you're hunting wouldn't it?
Just try to kill them quickly.
