How do I control myself?

I really do try my hardest to eat just enough food, but I cant stop reaching for more!

Today I was fine, up until 10:00, when I wanted to eat some more. So I thought that I'd just have something small, like two rice cakes and a handfull of grapes. But thirty minutes after that, I headed for cereal, then yogurt, so it felt like I just had two extra breakfasts in one hour. So I dicided to have a small lunch. But when it was 3:00, I ate even more, then I had dinner.

So I want to find a way to get my mind off of food, so I can survive without snacking too much inbetween meals.
