How can this be done? Do you think its possible?

40-50 pounds in 30 days, drinking only water, exercising everyday for at least 4 hours.

Answer #1

Not possible to lose 40-50lb. Maybe 10-20lb. and that is eating 5 small meals a day and exercising for 2-3 hours a day. Pretty intense in my books. I can’t even do that if I tried, but I’m not looking to lose it, I need to gain it(only 132lb. at 16). It’s not about eating ONLY this much fod a day, you can have a meal that feeds 5 people all to yourself and still lose the same weight eating a meal that feeds an infant. It all just depends what you do with that energy from the food you’ve consumed. I eat 5 small meals(feeds 1 man) a day and managed to gain 2lb. of muscle in a week.

As for starving yourself to lose 40-50lb., it’s stupid. You won’t look attractive(more like Nicole Richie…eww!) and your body will eat away your muscles because it needs food. Also, your body will go into a defense mechanism where everything you eat will be stored as fat to survive.

Answer #2

you need more calories a day then 1000. I know people say eat less calories to lose weight, but you should at least stay close to 2000 probably. If you don’t eat as much as your body needs, your body is just going to store fat and slow metabolism. Do things like eat smaller, but more meals. Don’t eat after 6 p.m. and find an exercise routine that works for you.

Answer #3

I wouldnt recomend it because, if you do that for a month your body will store everything you eat to get ready for if you do it again. People who eat in the morning are usually skinny because eating in the morning speeds your metabolism up and eating healthy and the right diet will do it. Im 16 and I’m 5’7 and I weigh 100lb. how I do it is I eat right calories and vitamins and everything 1 day and the next day I drink water and exercise. hope that helps :)

Answer #4

No. Even with eating 1000 cals a day it is not possible. Not sure why you’d want to. You didnt gain it in a month, and it isnt going to go away in a month.

Answer #5

I don’t think that that’s possible. 40-50 pounds in 30 days? that’s crazy… O.o your body will FREAK out on you. losing so much weight in such a short amount of time… yipes. I don’t recommend you to do that ‘diet’. it’s actually more like starving than dieting… because you’re supposed to intake around 3000? calories a day…

Answer #6

Well, I don’t believe it’s possible, even though you are starving yourself. See, that’s not a healthy way of doing it, drinking only water. Because eventually you will have to eat, and when you do eat, your body with store it more because it feels as thought it needs to, so you’ll just gain even more weight than you did before. An easier way to lose weight is to just eat small portions of healthy foods at the right intervals and to excersize everyday for at least an hour. That way, not only will you lose weight, but you will look lean, which is so attractive. If you go about just starving yourself, you will lose the weight, but it is painful and you won’t even look attractive.

Answer #7

good luck is all I can say.

Answer #8

I did mean starving myself, I meant eating only 1000 calories a day. . .
