I play for a school tennis team, and my backhand isn't as great as I'd like. I use two hands, but it seems like I never have enough control. Does anyone know of any techniques to improve my backhand? Thanks!
well I dont play tinis I play soccer and I cheer but I work in a gym and a OB/GYN and I have no clue how to play or nothing but I do know what muscles you use sooo why don't you jsut try to work o the muscles in your arms andthe muscles in your upper back and that should do it maybee try msome pus ups or even a punching bag
