i read ur answer that u wrote to thisperson that wanted her boobs look bigger. i kinda hav the same problem and trust me its depressing. um i would like to know how can i do that. like u said to exercise ur chest muscle but how?? thanx =)
Any exercise that tighten's the chest muscles will help built up you pectorals. Things like chin ups will help or push ups. As a young boy I built my pectorls very large and they have been that way most of my life. Wish I could be of more help, if you can go to a gym I'm sure they can give you some ideas. After all you don't have to tell them you want larger breasts if you don't want to, just tell them you want to build up your chest muscles. I started when I was young (about 10 ) because one side of my chest was larger than the other.
