First a correction. It's "vagina", and the muscles you want to exercise are call KEGEL muscles.
They're quite easy to exersize and you can do it anytime you want.
These are the same muscles that you use to stop yourself from urinating.
To exercise them --- you can do it when you're anywhere, including in the bathroom. Simply tighten and hold them for 5 to 10 seconds and release, and repeat...
Because no one can tell you're doing this, you can do this exersize anywhere.
