There is no way to target where you lose weight, you lose it all over. If you do some aerobic exercises to burn off fat and then tone up the areas, that should give you the desired result. You could lose a stone of weight from your bum and legs and if they're flabby and not toned up then they will never look pleasing.
You need to jogg at least 20 minutes a day at the seed of 5-6 mph. Do not quit. You need to push your body to the level where you can see some changes, thats how you get motivated for the nextday.
