How can I get my XBox 360 from my Dad's house?

ok os heres my problem. my dad moved out bout a year or 2 ago i hate him, hes cheating since my parents arent divorced yet adn he doesnt pay all the child support hes supposed to adn tons of sh*t. so anywya fro christmas he “gave” me a xbox 360…my lil sister asked if we could take it home and he said no…i see my dad every other weekend and tuesdays. i dont even want to go to see him…i have to>< i really want MY xbox 460 cuz halo 3 now and i KNOW if i ask can i take the xbox to my house or ask if i can take it back adn forth hes jsut gonna say no like its nothign and shrug it off. so shold i try talkign to him and asking for it to take it back and forth. or should i try to make him feel bad about his self so mabye he lets me take it home. OR should i just take it like..secretly. and if i do take it without him knowing i knoww he will do somehting to make it look like its my moms fault or soemthing…i dont want to see him moer so i can play it i dont want to see him at all i just want my xbox 360…so how should i go about getting it? please help. also..on the wrapping paper it was adressed to me and my sister NOT him…

From what you said, it was clearly a present to you and your sister - speak to your mother and see if she will intervene to get what is yours and keep the peace - that way you won’t have to deal with him - point out the xbox shouldn’t be used just to ensure you’ll continue to visit, if that is the case - to compromise, assure them you will still visit (even if you don’t want to, it’s part of the deal) - do not just take it - if you think a note/letter would be better for you to do, that’s fine…I wish you the very best !!

ok what you do is stared to go over to your bads house ever other day then one day bring your back pack over then if he gose like out side grade it then tell him that you have to go
