How can belly aches caused by period be stopped?
Becuase yesterday I was on my period feeling alrite and this morning I feel wose í cant stop moving and I cant bear it it real aches I wanted to cry oonce.
I really need a lot of help!!!
Heating pad

Over the counter pain meds
Staying active actually does help
If you have someone who can do it, a slight massage of your stomach, back and hips would help.
try tylenol, it really helps, take one, and about an hour later, if the pain is still bad, take another

well it is normal to get really bad tummys when you are on your period but what you shud do is get a hot water bottle and fill it up with boiling water and rest it on your tummy. it should get the pain to go away. try that!! hope I helped xoxoxoxoxox:):)
