Does anybody know a really good, affective, bi-cep exercise to do at home, with out using weights?

-Push ups -Pull ups -Bicep curl (without weights) -Inverted rows

By the way, if you don’t have weights…you can use milk jugs filled with water, or some other bottle/jug that you feel is the appropriate size, and weight for you.

Yes…Using the steps of the staircase, placed both arms behind your back, and do a reverse push up, great for the fats under the arm, and tons the arms and tummy regions.
