Going down the wrong path

I used to freak out when I found a bad word in a book. now I say them all at least five times a day. I used to think I would never get into drinking, smoking, or drugs, but now im not sure. I’ve never actually done anything like that, but I think that if im in a situation involving this type of stuff, I might give in. I wanted to graduate pure, but now im not sure I can. I watch movies that have hott guys in them, and im like yeah, id do him if I got the chance. I used to think cutting was for freaks and losers, but now I use a nail file. you get most of the pain without the scars. (its surprisingly effective) I dont want to cave like this, so I need to get out before I get any closer.

I am in kind of the same situation. but words are different then actions and a lot more people say f**k and stuff than people who do drugs andyou are just following a path. I actualy used to believe in abstinence but as I think about it- if someone ask me to have sex (that I new- not someone over the internet) I would MAYBE say yes but I dont think of myself as a slutt. if you are cutting yourself- you are a freak and you need to get conseling seriously what can cutting yourself do for you. maybe find some more friends that have higher morals than you (no offense to you) but they will maybe help you through your thoughts of drugs

iIf you ahve any friends that are against these things try to talk to them. I was in this same hole. Tell them you are relying on them and you need some help with stopping. Ask them to be helpful and do something to remind you not to swear, like poke you or walk away every time you do. When it comes to cutting, try to remove sharp objects form the area where you usually cut I.E. your room, Tell the same friend that you have been cutting and call them every time you feel like cutting again. Make sure you have a back-up person in case their not home.
