First, a little physical spirit physics and dimentional energy 101.

Every body is creating a spirit. This is a form of energy that humans do not understand, since I am not in the bull business, I have to step forward and say I know little of this energy. However what I do know is this, without getting into super string energy dynamics I will put this in as simple a mannor as I can then make it more complicated with another example,… Imagine that you live your live on the back side of your computer screen. You can see the ions hitting the screen and you can see that there is an image made. You can travel in this image, kinda like a mouse pointer. Imagine now, I open the cover of this monitor and I touch the screen and you see it. What would you see? A shadow, a glimpse of the image of my finger. Maybe my finger print. thus the correct term “ghost”

In more cosmic mannor its like this,, When we die the energy that our bodies generate, which is totally unlike electricity here (I know this as I study that energy for a living) Trying to get this from getting very complicated, moves to a level on top of this one (this is not exactly the case since it would also consume this one and you would see “ghosts” everywhere) On occasion the energy that is now a cosmic being, can bee seen if it moves into a position of 3 dimentional matter. No one knows why this happens or how, and scientists will never figure it out because cosmic law is on top of mathmatical law there cannot be calculated in this dimention. I would have to say what you see is almost definately begnine and you have nothig to worry about. Dont expect the exercism thing to start, thats human fantasy stuff not real world cosmic physics. So its like touching the screen, but not like it. The screen thing is just an easy way to explain it as you can now see.

Free2sayhear69 not all spirits are demons --, Some are very kind and gentle. A lot do nothing. Burning sage is a good idea, asking it to leave also a good idea. Most the time you can also just let it be. I use to know a very gentle spirit. And you people may call me nuts or what ever but she was a feline, a cat. I talked to her and she could find almost any thing I had lost, and omg I lost a lot of things, still do. She was beautiful and had an amazing aura. If she was a demon then she was a damned kind one!

Not saying I believe in ghosts either really, but I don’t not believe in them. I have had several experiences that could have been me but were definitely something. Usually it is more of a feeling of a presence than seeing it. I used to work in a really old hotel and would think I was seeing things but it was more that I was feeling them and trying to look at it if that makes any sense. Please dont mess with physics or Ouija or any of that, I think those things are a gateway for that type of activity. let us know what else happens, interesting stuff. try not to make it scary for yourself or the kids, make peace with it.

I get that every day. Um shadow people are common. Just light candles and put sea salt by the doors and windows if your really scared, it could be a ghost. Why not ask it to leave its bothering you so much? Be strong and stricked but not with any anger if you do tell it to leave. I mean its your house right? So you can have the choice if its allowed to stay or not.
