Is glossy accents the same as diamond glaze?

They serve the same purpose but in my opinion, Glossy accents is much better. It is thicker, therefore it doesn’t run as easy. When I tried diamond glaze, it tended to leave small bubble over my pictures and ruined the whole effect I was aiming for.
