Get rid of a headache.

My head has hurt awhile, and I’m sick of the pain. What are some way to get rid of the headache without pain killers? Home rememdies?

I usually take a nice, long,hot shower. That or drink some sprite.

sounds really obvious but the best thing to do is probs just sit down, relax and slowly drink loads of water!

Hot shower, have some hot tea or soup, and relax..

I get bad headaches and when painkillers don’t work, I have to resort to different methods. Here’s the things I try (in the actual order I use them):

  1. Painkillers (advil, mainly)
  2. Caffeine (coffee, tea or hot chocolate)
  3. Food (something natural - no preservatives)
  4. Pressure points (I prefer the hands - pressure points on the web of skin between the finger and thumb)
  5. Coca-Cola (Pepsi will not work - it must be Coke) - this is usually the one that ends up working in the end, but it’s a fairly last resort because of it’s unhealthy properties.
  6. When all else fails - sleep it off…
