Omg is it true that if you eat late at night and sleep like 10 minutes after and do this a lot you will gain a lot of pounds?
well you shouldn't eat 3 hours before sleeping. your body needs to break down the fat and while you're sleeping it does not do so because your metabolism is very slow.
so yes, normally you'd gain a lot of weight.
