I call my God “Pan”!

My parents told me to call him Papa. I always wondered why. Then i learned about having that very dep intimate connection with, like a father has with his son. :)It all made sense.

Ah ok.

Either Jaweh or Jehovah. They are almost exotic and kinda express the way I feel about God that He is there and controlling and that He loves me and cares, but is not really a close, tangible (obviously), intimate thing. I wish that weren’t the case.

God is not a name. The tetragammetron consists o the letters YHWH which most agree is pronounced yahweh although we can’t know for sure but one thing is certain Jehovah is a mistranslation of an incorrect transliteration

Yes but the vowel points for Adonai were added to avoid saying the sacred name so when the bible started to be translated people were unaware of thus and so translated the tetragammetron along with the vowel points for Adonai which us a Hebrew impossibility and it is now common knowledge that Jehovah is incorrect
