What is your favorite way to cook pork chops?

I like to bake them , maybe seasoned and breaded. Or in Bar b que sauce.

I made some last night, just seasoned them and put them in the oven. They were yummy! Thanks for the idea of barbecue sauce! I’ll have to try that!!

I take the pork chop and put a thin layer of stuffing on them and then roll them up (Stick a tooth pick in them if needed to keep them from unrolling.) A little seasoning on the outside and then cook them in the oven. Delicious.
