What can I do to exercise for swimming without being able to go to a pool?

do sit ups and push ups. Anything to stregnethen your stomach mucles, because your stomach mucles are the main tool in swimming fast or doing anything related to swimming,

Try to strengthen your core by doing lunges, squats, crunches, planks, sit-ups, etc. You should check this website out: http://funadvice.com/r/16810r5qtqu. There’s this guy who demonstrates a bunch of different exercises that you could try out. I’d also recommend doing 45 minutes of cardio (jogging, running, biking, etc) at least three times a week. Don’t forget to stretch!

There’s fit and than there’s swimming fit. Work on your core, legs muscles, and arms. To build endurance your gonna have to get into the water especially if you want to work on strokes. Just funmail me if you want me to name my team’s dryland workouts.
