I am starting to get really annoyed by my hips. i just can't stand it, and i'd really appreciate any help :)
Try doing some cardio. Running, biking, joking, power walking, any exercise really that will help you to burn fat.
I notice you said simple, but other ways would include fat-burning exercises such as bench press, military press, situps/crunches, pushups, etc.
losing weight is the most effective may. the tummy is one of the last area to lose weight.
running or jogging and doing some side crunches.
