Do you remove your clothes when you go to bed?

No, mostly because I have to share a room with my sister. but I did hear somehwhere that going completly naked while going to sleep is healthy..im not sure if its a myth.

then I heard that if you go to sleep with no bra…it makes your boobs sag. but I don’t know honestly I wouldnt feel comfortable going to sleep naked…id be afraid someone would walk in and be like liiizz what are you doing naked…ya know

yeah but I always worry that the fire alarm in my building will go off in the middle of the night and I wont be able to find clothes, so I keep my pj’s right close.

and it is healthy for your skin to sleep naked, your skin needs air, especially down there where usually it is all wrapped up tight in underwear.

Yes I find it is more confrontable that way except in the winter time when it is really cold.

I’ve been sleeping naked for about a year now. it’s soo much more comfortable then wearing pj’s.
