What is a diet supplement or pill that helps with weight loss (read more)?

Alright, before I start getting 'eat right and don't be lazy' comments, I DO NOT want a quick fix, lay on the couch eating potato chips kinda weight loss. I DO NOT want anything that has a massive amount of stimulants, or messes with scary stuff like my insulin production. What I do want is something that can help get the process going. For example, I hear green tea speeds up metabolism, or if there's something (safe) that can help my body burn more fat during a workout, then that would be great to. Oh, and I wont order stuff offline, there's just something comforting in being able to hassle pharmacists or health food store employees about the use and safety of a product. ...Anyways.. I exercise 2-3 times a week (depending on if I have time) for anywhere from 1-2 hours (also depending on If I have the time), mostly cardio. I don't always eat perfectly but I do pretty well and I have tracked my calories (for about a month) and I'm not even eating enough to maintain my current weight so that's not the problem. I am not looking for a cure all pill, I just wanna give my body a little help doing what it does naturally.
