Death metal question

as long as you arent worshiping the devil then your mom has nothing to worry about listen to that kind of music dosnt change any thing in fact I dont think it is devil worshoping music I dont like it but still I find nothing wrong with it so I say rock on or what it is that you do. lol

Most death metal bands I’ve seen and/or listened to are Satanic. You’re lucky if you can find one that doesn’t. So,they are kinda right. Why not listen to As I Lay Dying? Christian metal band,close to death metal. Beautiful lyrics,if you read them.

Some death metal may actually be that worshipping music… But like animallover09 said, it’s expressing individuality.

I use to listen to that stuff and I still like to listen to it sometimes too try listening to christain bands like underoath

they are a good metal band but their music is devoted to god and stuff im not that religous neither are my parents I just like that band a lot though

No it’s not. Not all metal bands are satanic. Just because a band is of a metal genre doesn’t mean they’re evil. That’s just ridiculous. There are several metal bands out there who are christians. It’s complete bullsh*t they’re judged and automatically labeled “evil” or “satan worshippers” just because they’re in a metal band. The religion of the band memebers shouldn’t matter. That’s their personal business. As long as the music’s good, that’s all I care. Same goes with screamo music. Just because someone’s in a screamo band doesn’t mean they’re evil. Whoever says otherwise is a complete idiot and doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Ignore your dad and listen to whatever the hell you please to.
