Just let ur sister go to the Clinic again for a Examination again not hard or just Run to the Clinc to get a Copy with ur Sisters ID u can Take it just Ask the Counter for it they will print u out a copy maybe take some cash but its still better than nothing right just make them print it then take it to the Doctor who Stated her Current Illness Statue after that u need to go to the Pharmacy to get the medicine and bring it back to ur sister sounds like a plan huh but u can always GO the to ur Pharmacy and ask for the Latest Medical Presprction form of the medcine i know that becuz my lil brother used Tegretol not the Pills he needed to get them but my mom had to go to the pharmacy to get the medicine by only Giving them the ID Card Do not understimate the powers of the ID card XD well im sorry for the long post and have a Great Day
Do you have legal guardianship over your sister? They won’t hand over any medical information if you don’t, but the clinic should be able to give you the card or direct you to the proper resources.
