I've dropped a class before. You have to be careful, depending on the timing of the drop (and I assume it is late in the game or else you'd have been working to raise those grades), it will show that you dropped those classes. If you're looking to get a higher degree, schools will see those drops. You don't want to drop too many.
Not really, but make sure those classes aren't required to receive your diploma, or you're screwed.
Cheating yourself maybe.
