YES!!! because teens shouldn’t be having sex in the first place. No unmarried people should be having sex. Sex is a very special wonderful thing that should NOT be taken lightly. It comes with a committment. It should be a gift of two people to one another, not something you have to protect yourself from!!
My answer is, if you think you need to use a condom, you shouldn’t be having sex at all. The right time for sex is when your married, with your spouse. Then you won’t NEED a condom!!
