computer turns off

Does anyone know why my computer shuts down and gets really hot when I use big fish games or other sorts of games, Does it have a bug? I have a 8 month Toshiba satellite, I am overseas at the moment, Thanks

It sounds more like its your graphics card that is too old.

You’ll probably need to get a replacement or get new RAM. Or else see if you can lower the graphics of your games and with that open up you pc if you can and put it next to a fan when you are playing. That should help to cool it down.

Check the cooling fans first. It sounds like an overheating problem.

Make sure it’s getting good air ventilation - it may be a cooling fan failing to start up and cool it down…Take care !!

your compute is shut down due to the overloading or the over heating.

you are trying to play the heavy games on the computer which are not supported by your computer.

check the requirements of the game and meet the hardware withe the computer.

if needed update the computer with the new hard ware as ram and processor, graphics card, .
