I will come to the doctor and ask why he did not do what he is not supposed to do. Or at least ask for his reason for what he was doing. If that does not work, then I’d come to the director of the hospital. If that does not work, then I would write it in news paper.

I would go the receptionist and ask there what you do. I once had a doctor that didn’t treat me very well, I should have complained thinking back but even now if I get an appointment with him I ask for another doctor. You can specify who you want to see also.
