there is a cream called hirradoid cream (not sure of the spelling) it brings the colour of the bruise out and then it goes away faster. use it all the time :) us clutz’s have to stick together lol :)
Bruises are blood which has collected beneath the surface of the skin…the time it takes to get rid of them is dependent on how fast your particular body absorbs it.

once its there you CANT get rid of it and will need to wait around 2 weeks for the area to heal itself but if your quick you can stop the bruise from actually showing up pharmacys have a few special creams that when applied to the area can stop the bruise from showing up you will still have a bruise but none of the borwn/purple colour will be there
