Is there any way to bring a family member from Ethiopia?

there is my mom’s brother in Ethiopia but his Eritrea and he left Eritrea in illegal way and his now in the refuge camps? any advice how to bring him to Europe?

I would think this would a complicated ordeal, and your best bet would be to contact an Immigration Lawyer. They would definitely know how to deal with specific situations and let you know your best course of action, and if they were able to assist in getting your uncle to England.
