I have a big saggy bum which is way to big, its like jelly when I run, can I get rid of it ?
First if you want a fit bum you have to remember to keep your back stright and stick your bum out and what help you lose the fat is climbing stairs you could go to a fit program and find the climbing machine the stairs really help and to make it hard core try jumping with one foot all the way up or both feet stuck togeather or run while skipping some steps
