If I went to bed with clothes on, would I lose quite a bit of weight through sweat?

Answer #1

Maybe a bit but it’d be impossible and improbable to lose a whole lot. Not really worth suffocating yourself if it’s that hot. There are better ways to lose weight…

Answer #2

i understand, but id like to lose weight whil i sleep along with doing exercise.

Answer #3

I would say stop kidding urself by trying to take an easy route.

If you really want to do it the right way…eat right, work out when necessary, drink plenty of water, cut out a few old habits like sweets, soda’s, fried foods, carbs & stick to good healthy protein & fiber! Give it the right amount of time & patience & you will lose the right amount of weight in no time. You cant make it happen any faster so just let it take its course the right way…not the wrong way!

Good luck!

Answer #4

woah, imnot tryin to take the easy route, im just tryin to come up with some ideas.

Answer #5

those are all the ideas you need to follow sweetie…sleeping with an additional 50 lbs on ya wont make u sweat more while sleeping..it will keep u frigidity & upset til u get so frustrated & remove all of it off anyways will getting no sleep. Is it really worth it to ya to get that frustrated to get rid of maybe 20 ccs of sweat?! That is all i am trying to say. Just give it the right time & the right work & I grantee you with the right sweat like a 45 min walk a day is what real sweat you really need minus all that extra clothing.

Answer #6

fair enough.

Answer #7

The weight you lose by sweating is merely temporary - it is dehydrating you and you put the weight back on almost immediately when you rehydrate by drinking fluids. . You can in fact really lose weight, by burning stored fat, if you do the opposite of what you suggest - sleep in a cold room with minimal bedding and clothing. Your body will then be forced to “burning fat” in order to maintain your core temperature.
. It works best while you are still growing because your body adapts by increasing the proportion of “brown fat” that is responsible for increasing the rate that calories are burned in order to create the necessary increase in body heat generation. . This has the effect of potentially raising your metabolic rate for many years to come as you adapt to sleeping in a colder environment and burning off any excess fat. .

Answer #8

Answer #9

Yes.

Answer #10

ty for listening.

Answer #11

If you lift weights , like for example if you take body pump classes which is with weight and its a work out for you chest, arms, legs, abs, and back .. if you take that class you will automaticlly burn calories while you sleep. SO you don’t have to sleep with clothes on and you would feel more comfortable(:
