Is it bad that i am always thinking about my weight and how much i have ate without exercising?
even though i am smaller than my friends.
not really bad, but you shouldnt worry about it if you aren’t getting bigger, like its good to watch what you eat and what not, but you know, dont obsess about weather your fat or not
With our society telling you that thin is beautiful - its normal to worry about your weight, especially in your teen years when your in that awkward stage of still figuring out who you are as a person. When it becomes and obession, interferes with your daily life, or causes you to try dangerous tricks to loose weight then it becomes a problem.
Eating right and exercising is always a good thing. But check with a nutrition speacialist or a doctor to make sure your not over working yourself and getting enough nutrition so its not dangerous to you.
